The Casa Fundador restaurant hosts the presentation of Santiago Lara’s new album

The Casa Fundador restaurant in Jerez has hosted the live presentation of the new album by guitarist and composer Santiago Lara, titled “Concerto Nº1 for Spanish guitar and orchestra”.

The restaurant is located in the oldest winery in Jerez. Founded in 1730 and cradle of Fundador, the first Spanish brandy and a brand closely linked to music and Andalusian culture. Undoubtedly the perfect setting to present a work that combines flamenco tradition with classical music.

A special place for a unique artist like Santiago Lara, recognized for his career of more than 25 years and who with this new work takes a firm step towards new musical territories.

In his own words, with this work he seeks an unprecedented dialogue between the guitar and the orchestra, consolidating his place in the panorama of contemporary classical music.

Concerto Nº1 for Spanish guitar and orchestra”is an album recorded at theVillamarta Theater in Jerezwith theÁlvarez Beigbeder Orchestra, under the batonof José Colomé, which is already on sale in physical and digital format.

With this concert, Brandy Fundador continues its constant support for music and support for artists. In the 60s, the brand chose to connect with its audience by giving away records (vinyls) and with various actions of support and sponsorship of old and new figures.
