Fundador and its new cocktails Índigo and Palomo stood out at the IX edition of the Los Leones de El Español awards, celebrating innovation and tradition.

Fundador has joined the celebration for the delivery of awards Los Leones de EL ESPAÑOL. The first Spanish brandy has been one of the collaborating companies in the ninth edition of an event in which the newspaper recognizes values such as perseverance, future vision, dedication or effort to different personalities of the Spanish scene. Prestigious awards that in 2024 have fallen on Antonio Huertas, president of Mapfre (https://www.mapfre.es/), Award for Business Management; Proyecto ProFuturo (https://www.fundaciontelefonica.com/educacion/profuturo), Award for Solidarity; the Olympic walkers María Pérez and Álvaro Martín (https://www.elespanol.com/eventos/2024/9-aniversario/20241030/maria-perez-alvaro-martin-ejemplo-hombre-mujer-pueden-ir-mano-futuro-mejor/896910574_0.html), Sports Award, and the recently retired basketball player Rudy Fernández (https://www.instagram.com/rudy5fernandez/?hl=es), award for career.
The ceremony, held at the Four Seasons hotel https://www.fourseasons.com/es-es/madrid/ in Madrid, brought together the most prominent representatives from the world of politics, business, sports and Spanish society . Among them the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, who closed the delivery.
Among the attendees were also Alberto Núñez Feijóo, president of the PP; Meritxell Batet, former president of Congress; the president of Real Madrid Florentino Pérez. And a large group of members of the judiciary, including the president of the Constitutional Court, Cándido Conde-Pumpido; the president of the Supreme Court, Isabel Perelló or Dimitry Berberoff, Vice President of the Supreme, to name a few.
Ángel Piña, Global Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer of Grupo Emperador in Spain, personally congratulated all the awardees. And expressed his gratitude to the executive president and director of EL ESPAÑOL, Pedro J. Ramírez for the event, for his support to Fundador and for his leadership in the Spanish press.
After the ceremony, there was a cocktail paired with the new proposals of Fundador brandy in which the attendees savored the Índigo, internal combined link made with Fundador Doble Madera, internal link Ginger Beer and lime. And the Palomo, with Fundador Supremo 12 and grapefruit soda.
