Emperador Inc. Expands its Portfolio with the Acquisition of Destilería Los Danzantes

In a strategic move that underscores its commitment to the luxury spirits sector, Emperador Inc. has announced the majority acquisition of Destilería Los Danzantes S.A. de C.V., known for its premium mezcal brands, Los Danzantes and Alipús. This acquisition, carried out through the Mexican subsidiary Casa Pedro Domecq, strengthens the conglomerate’s premiumization and internationalization strategy.
