Wineries Fundador is proud to present the third edition of “Fundador & Friends 2025”, a gastronomic event that will take place on the splendid terrace of its restaurant Casa Fundador, in the heart of the historic center of Jerez de la Frontera. This gastronomic cycle will feature the participation of five nationally renowned chefs, who will offer exclusive menus paired with the distinguished brandies and wines from the winery.

A Calendar of Exquisite Appointments

The cycle “Fundador & Friends 2025” will extend from June to October, providing gastronomy lovers with five unique opportunities to enjoy exceptionally prepared dinners. Each evening will be inaugurated with a guided tour of the historic winery and its museum, followed by a tasting menu paired that reflects the fusion between winemaking tradition and culinary creativity.

Unforgettable Gastronomic Episodes

Juan Viu, June 6: This talented chef from Mare Restaurant, in Cádiz, will kick off the cycle on June 6 with a contemporary tribute to Cadiz’s maritime cuisine. His menu will include dishes such as tuna in lard, anchovy gazpachuelo, retinta cow with seaweed and mango escabeche, paired with selected brandies and wines from Fundador.

The dinners, limited to an exclusive capacity, will take place on the charming terrace of Casa Fundador and will be enlivened with live music, ensuring an unforgettable evening. The menus will have a price of 80 euros, and reservations can be managed through our website.
